State Regulations For Commercial Salons

States are listed alphabetically and include the most up to date information available as of May 2006.  Just because a state has no regulations, you will still need to obtain a license (or several licenses) to conduct business and there are other requirements to operating a business, which varies from state to state, and sometimes, city to city.  Always call the listed state agency before planning a tanning salon, as laws can (and do) change regularly, and your state may now be regulated even if this list shows otherwise. Call us at 1-800-274-1744 if you have any questions about complying with state regulations.
